"Delphi" Pavel
Head of Development & Delphi Expert
Our team is fortunate to be led by Pavel Rus, a highly experienced Head of Development, lecturer and consultant in the field of Delphi and Embarcadero technologies, known in the community as Delphi-Pavel, because he has literally connected his entire personal and professional life with this development environment and associated tools since the very beginning of the component-based development environment in 1995. Pavel has been an active part of the Delphi world for more than a quarter of a century, which among other things means that he has gained valuable experience and built personal relationships in the community from the golden days of Borland and Turbo Pascal through 16-bit Delphi 1 to the present.
During his long career, he has successfully completed a huge number of programming tasks, including very complex ones. He was repeatedly invited as a kind of rescuer to projects that were stuck at a dead end because the original development team simply overestimated their capabilities, and it was precisely after Delphi-Pavel's involvement that the development of the given product reached a turning point, and things began to move very quickly towards a successful goal and a commercially successful software project! As an "effective solver of complex projects", Pavel became famous in the community also because he was recognized in this area even by official authorities connected to Embarcadero itself, and he was also directly recommended by them to development teams or companies in trouble as a possible "rescuer" or as a possible addition to their development team – someone who can show or convey the true, sometimes quite hidden power of Delphi, as a truly native development tool that has practically no limits, only those in front of the screen! In addition, Pavel participated in many conferences and community meetings, including as a popular speaker. Through all this, Delphi-Pavel naturally became a recognized, trusted Delphi Expert among many professionals from both Europe and the USA.
